The science of business administration comprises various fields, but one in particular has promoted greater growth and collaboration for the development of a nation and its economy as a whole, is the phenomenon of entrepreneurship, which had its growth from the years 80. It is understood that there variables that directly influence the activity undertaken, such as the ability of the individual entrepreneur and the tools available in the market, but activity is essential for the success of this action, strategic planning, accomplished through a plan business. Accordingly, the present study have how objective to the development of a business plan for the company with the Maná order to encourage the inclusion of the same in a planned and coordinated in e-commerce, covering specific objectives of presenting ways for Maná is the company position in the electronic market, the definition of the terms of sale and customer relationships, as well as the definition of promotional strategies and marketing policy and fast fashion production. Thus, the survey was conducted with a qualitative approach, outlined as to the purposes and descriptive as applied research and the means as a case study, as it sought to describe the activities of the company Maná and develop a plan for the same. The result is your own business plan which demonstrates how the company should operate and manage the entry into e-commerce platform. At the end of the study is the importance of this plan for the company to improve and to expand, as are also demonstrated the strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats found in the strategic assessment. It is noted that the company still has much to grow as it has only eight months of history and now has a modern form of trading and a palette of customers comprising different profiles covering different regions of Brazil.
