Social inclusion has assumed position of high relevance today. The inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market has faced barriers to achieve accept differences and banishing barriers that make it impossible to share these effectively in society. This report deals with a research project on social inclusion in the labor market in terms of the perception of people with disabilities and the managers in the city of Campina Grande, PB. The research aimed to analyze the perception of the managers and of people with disabilities in relation to the process of social inclusion of people with disabilities in the city of Campina Grande, PB. According to the methodology used, the research was carried out qualitative and descriptive consists of a literature survey on the topic in question and a field survey data were treated in accordance with dimensions associated with the difficulties of social inclusion, the obligation of the Law of dimensions and accessibility, and the difficulties and accessibility the main precursors and generators of social change respectively. The results showed the attempt of changing companies to make them more accessible to people with disabilities and individuals in search of professional development, even having evolved, the perception of patients with big difficulties still exist primarily in relation to methodological and instrumental accessibility, but there are long journey to go, for that social inclusion in terms of the three perceptions is achieved in a satisfactory way.
