O processo da inclusão de alunos com deficiência e/ou necessidades educacionais especiais
nas escolas de ensino regular tem sido ponto de pauta nas discussões nacionais, sobretudo, em
relação a atuação do professor no processo de inclusão escolar. Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa
ganhou contornos e teve como objetivo principal o de investigar as concepções e práticas de e
para a Educação Inclusiva, sob a perspectiva de professores que atuam nos anos iniciais do
ensino fundamental em escolas municipais de Aparecida – PB, e por objetivos específicos:
traçar o perfil dos professores que atuam com alunos que têm necessidades educativas
especiais e estão inseridos em salas de aulas do ensino regular; delimitar as práticas
pedagógicas desenvolvidas por esses professores no processo de inclusão; mapear as políticas
públicas educacionais locais para a Educação Inclusiva. Para a viabilidade deste estudo, foram
feitas pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo, na abordagem qualitativa da pesquisa,
sendo de caráter exploratório e descritivo. O instrumento de coleta dos dados utilizado foi a
entrevista semiestruturada. Os sujeitos dessa pesquisa foram 5 (cinco) professores vinculados
a 3 (três) escolas da rede municipal de ensino, localizadas na cidade d Aparecida – PB. Os
dados foram analisados por meio das técnicas da Análise de Conteúdos (AC). A pesquisa
revelou que os professores assumem não estarem preparados para a demanda da Educação
Inclusiva, bem como declararam que necessitam de capacitações e de uma formação
continuada para assegurar o aprendizado aos alunos demandantes desse processo. Foi
evidenciado também, a necessidade da criação e implementação de políticas públicas de
Educação Inclusiva, bem como a atuação profissional em consonância com estas,
privilegiando com isso, a efetivação dos direitos previstos nas legislações de ordem global. As
reflexões expostas pelos sujeitos possibilitaram considerar que as atuais políticas inclusivas
têm sido incipientes, necessitando de medidas urgentes frequentes a atuação do educador face
ao contexto da Educação Inclusiva. |

The process of inclusion of students with disabilities and / or special educational needs in
regular schools has been a point of reference in national discussions, especially regarding the
role of teachers in the process of school inclusion. In this sense, this research has been shaped
and had as main objective to investigate the conceptions and practices of and for Inclusive
Education, from the perspective of teachers who work in the initial years of elementary
education in municipal schools of Aparecida – PB, and by objectives specific: to draw the
profile of teachers who work with students who have special educational needs and are
inserted in regular teaching classrooms; to delimit the pedagogical practices developed by
these teachers in the inclusion process; mapping local public education policies to Inclusive
Education. For the feasibility of this study, a bibliographical, documentary and field research
was done in the qualitative approach of the research, being an exploratory and descriptive
character. The instrument used to collect the data was the semi-structured interview. The
subjects of this research were 5 (five) teachers linked to 3 (three) schools of the municipal
teaching network, located in the city of Aparecida – PB. The data were analyzed through the
techniques of Content Analysis (CA). The research revealed that teachers assume they are not
prepared for the demand of Inclusive Education, as well as stated that they need training and
continuous training to ensure learning for the students who are demanding this process. It was
also evidenced the need for the creation and implementation of public policies of Inclusive
Education, as well as the professional action in line with these, privileging with this, the
effectiveness of the rights provided in the global legislations. The reflections exposed by the
subjects made it possible to consider that the current inclusive policies have been incipient,
necessitating frequent urgent measures the educator's action in relation to the context of
Inclusive Education. |
