Abstract:
The use of technologies today has been seen as one of the most important resources in several areas, especially Education. In this scenario where technology is gaining space, the teacher must continue to be stimulated to use these new resources in his favor to instigate a state-of-the-art teaching practice. With this in mind, the present study addresses the theme "Digital technologies used in the initial grades of elementary school", with the general objective of analyzing the level of knowledge about digital technologies of teachers in elementary education in the urban area in the municipality of Aurora-CE. As for nature is applied research, and descriptive in relation to the objectives. It characterizes both qualitative and quantitative as the data analysis approach. As for the methodological procedures is a bibliographical research and field study, because it was necessary the theoretical basis in documents already published and the contact with the participants to collect the data. As a collection instrument, the questionnaire was chosen to obtain the data, applied with the elementary school teachers I of the two municipal schools in Aurora-Ce. For the enrichment of this research, were worked with education and technology theorists, such as: Cardoso, Gouvêa, Kenki, Lopes, Moran, Malusa, Marconi, Pais, Sansho. In the completion of this research, it is remarkable how important is the training of teachers in the area of technologies, since there are a range of options to work, however without a necessary training it is impossible to observe the dimensions of how to use with the technologies, which can either teaching and learning.
