Resumen:
The present work has as guiding situation analyze aspects related to public policies for the inclusion of special students, specifically for students who are deaf. The research aims to identify how the inclusive education of the deaf is designed in the official documents and changes in views and educational proposals aimed at this audience, that have occurred in recent years in our country. Therefore, research will be carried out by means of a bibliographic survey pertaining to the topic, as well as your critical analysis and the production of new knowledge. The study this organized in three chapters thus arranged: the first reports the historical context of deafness considering educational philosophies for the deaf; in the second chapter we speak about the proposals that guided the teaching learning process of the deaf under Brazilian Educational and finally treat the legal bases that guide the educational practices of the deaf Brazilians today. After analysis of the data found that the legislation includes many relevant actions for the inclusive education of deaf students, however, it is necessary to review the role and the action of the school in this process of inclusion, because all this transformation only occurs with the action of all those involved in the process, be they, the family, the other students, teachers, school staff that are aware of their relevance in the process , showing a possibility to include Pounds as another language to be used not only in space, but also in society as a whole. For this study were used by several authors, such as: Moura (2000), Carvalho (2003), Dalvi and Alves (2010), Goldfeld (2002), Slomski (2010), Lima (1995) and several others.
