Resumo:
The purpose of this work went diagnose some significant factors that compose the climate organizacional in the Municipal Clerkship of Health of Itabaiana - PB, so that the relationship individual-organization is continually aprimorada, providing like this, a work atmosphere adapted so much within reach of the objectives personal as organizacionais. The atmosphere, for reflecting the cultural aspects of the organization, influences and it is influenced by the people's behavior, being created the system organizacional to the that is denominated of climate and culture organizacional. Thus, this study part of the premise that the individual is inside the most important illustration of the structure organizacional and that the way as he sees himself it is fundamental for its internal balance and, consequently, for the balance of the organization. Therefore, it is important the accomplishment of studies about the individuals' perceptions about the work conditions in the organizations of the which are part, in the intuito of minimizing the existent conflicts between the individuals' needs and the one of the company. In this sense, an exploratory research was accomplished, using a questionnaire with 20 questions elaborated through an adaptation of the model used by Bar (1995), with base in the model of Litwin and Stringher. The questionnaire was applied the 22 employees that work in the headquarters of the Clerkship, for then to diagnose the found situation.
