Before a market more and more turbulent and competitive, more and more it is done necessary that the organizations have your goals and objectives plans, that the same ones possess a complete organization of that that she intend to look for in the execution of your activities. For that is necessary that the companies elaborate a Plan of Marketing with views to guarantee better acting organizational. This research work had as general objective to propose Fidèle Cosmétiques of Campina Grande-PB, the elaboration of a Plan of Marketing. With relationship to the used methodology, a case study was accomplished with a research of character exploratory, descriptive and qualitative, constituted of a bibliographical revision on the theme in subject and of a field research. The instrument of collection of information used it was through the direct observation and of chats with employees and directors of the company In what refers to the obtained results, they were attractive, and of big importance, because, with a Proposed Plan of Marketing, the company will be safer and strengthened to face your competitors and grow better such expected success for the company. It is noticed that with this work Fidéle Cosmétiques becomes a prepared organization and well structured. With your plans and goals traced she starts to have a clearer vision than it is and than it intends to be and to explore of the competitive market that we live.
