Resumo:
The present study has as central axle of inquiry, the organizacional compromising, identifying the gradation of the compromising of the employees of the Colégio Estadual da Prata and to identify to the influence of the personal characteristics (age, sex, state lair and level of education) and the independent variable (service time), in this compromising. The compromising of the employee in an organization of the Public Sector makes the difference for a possible change in the vision of the society that is always emphasizing that employee of public agencies, they are not compromised to the results of the organizations that are part. Using the theory on the subject, I contend origins, concepts, beyond the unidimensionais and multidimensional models of evaluation for the clarification of the question raised in the research. One is about a descriptive research of quantitative character and the chosen method was the case study. In accordance with the results, were possible according to observe that the predominant compromising was the Normative one, changeable “Feeling of obligation for the performance”, reflecting that the employee of the searched organization believes to possess obligations and always looks for cumpriz them so that its performance is favorable to its work.
