In the study of organizational climate is an important opportunity to understand how employees feel on the organizational environment. The main objective of this study was to determine the organizational climate of Sexy Shoes in the perception of its employees. For this work was used to search the type exploratory descriptive, and made a case study that was applied to the Fashion Footwear. The data collection was carried out using a questionnaire composed of 54 objective questions, which assessed the variable pay and recognition, pride, support, relationships, leadership, organizational clarity and workload. The measurement of these variables was made using the Likert Scale, which consists of five alternatives: disagree, partially disagree, neutral, agree and partly agree. According to analysis of results, it was concluded that the organizational climate exists in Fashion Footwear may be classified as "good" or "favorable", but making some improvements are necessary to maintain the rating.
