Políticas públicas de apoio ao desenvolvimento local: o caso “Caminhos do Frio” - rota cultural do brejo paraibano.

Abstract

This report approaches a research concerning the Cultural Route “Ways of the cold”, that it aims at to develop the tourist flow of the region at the same time where searches the rescue, preservation and the sample of the diverse characteristic cultural manifestations of the Heath and each participant city. And consequently, also aims at to the economic, deriving local injection of the tourist who comes in accordance with to participate of the events, being the premises of sustainable development. The research had as objective generality to analyze as the politics implemented for the local government contribute effectively for the sustainable development of the region of the Paraibano Heath. How much to the used methodology, a research of exploratory, descriptive, qualitative and quantitative character was carried through, constituted of a bibliographical revision on the subject in question and of a research of field. The results evidence that structural imperfections exist, which need to be worked aiming at the improvement of this action politics that the public and private character has at the same time, and that it is so important for the region, in order to stimulate these strategies of development, closely related to practical the sustainable ones.
