Abstract

The present study presents theoretical knowledge about the importance of the leadership role in organizations and their applicability to the growth and development of organizations. It is from this perspective that this work aims to identify the leadership lessons implied in the series La Casa De Papel. In this work, other business management issues were also analyzed in the seasons, such as strategy, management and people, organizational commitment, among others. This is a qualitative study, with a descriptive methodology, whose data collection was based on the non-participant observation of seasons 01 and 02 of the La Casa de Papel series. Several authors were analyzed on the subject and comparisons were made with scenes from the series about the main leadership lessons present in the Spanish series. It can be seen from the study that the role and styles of leadership are directly related to the good performance and success of the organizations, and that the presence of the leader in these environments influences significantly the achievement of results. Thus, the work gave the researcher greater knowledge about the subject and made it take a more critical look when evaluating situations that involve leadership
