Gestão Ambiental para a arborização do município de Pedra Branca – PB: diagnóstico e apresentação de uma proposta.

Abstract

In the environment it comes occurring innumerable transformations that bring obtain a great ecological disequilibrium, of form that the use of ambient projects becomes each more indispensable time for the ambient management. This study it has as objective to identify the current arboreal situation and to consider a project of arborization for the county of Pedra Branca - PB. For in such a way, the text is presented organized in five subsequent sections, namely: Introduction, Theoretical Fundament, Research of Field, Project Green Management and Final Considerations. To reach the objectives proposed was carried through a bibliographical review on the subject in question and a research of field in the city-target, where interviews were conducted with municipal managers and the community to diagnose the arboreal situation. The results had evidenced that the city presents an arboreal deficiency, even existing a concern of the municipal managers in this area. The theoretical referential and the results of the field research had served as base for the proposal of a project of urban arborization, with intention to develop a Program of Ambient Education for the involvement of all the community in sustainable actions in the use of the natural resources. In such a way, one suggests that the Project Green Management is implemented in the county of Pedra Branca, since the trees are essential for the improvement of the quality of life and, consequent, to the survival of the Planet.
