Knowledge Management has been increasingly recognized in the organizational environment as a source of value, where knowledge is seen as a valuable asset that must be shared by all. In the process of sharing, people are the key element as having knowledge, which must be distributed and managed efficiently and effectively, enabling the conversion of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge each individual to be shared throughout the organization. This conversion can be achieved by various means, including the documentation of processes. In this sense, the present study aimed to propose an Administrative Procedures Manual for Academic Unit Administration and Accounting - UAAC the Humanities Center UFCG. The research strategy adopted was a single case study, a descriptive, applied and interventionist, combined with desk research and direct observation by the Unit searched. The data were treated qualitatively from the study and interpretation of the processes and procedures related to perfect them by organizing the information obtained. The results showed, among other things, excessive centralization of tacit knowledge concentrated in one server technical and administrative responsibilities resulting in overload paw it and hurting the efficiency of processes and the organizational learning within the unit. These and other aspects were considered in the preparation of the Manual proposed in order to meet the current needs of the unit and to promote conditions conducive to the sharing of knowledge with other actors involved in the various processes.
