Résumé:
The present paper mainly aimed to develop a business plan to a familiar and small company in the sector of sweets, which will be located in the city of Campina Grande – PB, covering the following specific goals: seek a general profile of the company; search for information to the elaboration of the business plan; develop marketing, operational and financial plans to the company, studying aspects such as the competitors, the market which will be reached and the product lines to commercialization. Thus, the study has a qualitative approach, outlined as an applied research in form of a business plan, a case study specific to Brasil Doces in its opening and development. The result of this study, therefore, is the proper business plan, which outlines the strengths, weaknesses, threats and market opportunities for the family company wishing to enter the market with minimized risk and increased chances of success for such planning.
