The exponential growth, with which the discussions on sustainable development are presented, as well as the constant concern with the unbridled use of natural resources, drives society to press increasingly organizations towards responsible practices regarding ambient and social issues. This way, the concept of corporate sustainability emerges and reinforces that organizations need to include, in a strategically way, the aforementioned practices in order to reach an effective sustainable performance. In this context, the need for the enterprises to know their current sustainability status emerges in order to guide their development and perennial regarding the future market. In this viewpoint, this study aimed to identify the level of corporate sustainability from Cadersil enterprise, according to the managers’ view. To accomplish this aim the foundations of strategic planning model for corporate sustainability (PEPSE), proposed by Coral (2002) were used. The work was structured as methodologically quantitative, descriptive, conducted in the form of case study. According to the measurement results of the research, the company analyzed presents the level 8, 53 in corporate sustainability, classifying it as potentially sustainable. All dimensions are framed in this zone, and the dimensions, which showed greater contribution at reaching the general index was the economic one, being particularly highlighted the variable concerning the practice of measuring the business profitability in relation to the market and its concern about the level of liquidity. Although all dimensions are potentially sustainable, it is important that the company makes its performance more proactive, positioning it in a prospector way, in order to enhance its effective sustainable performance.
