Comprometimento no trabalho: um estudo com os profissionais da estratégia saúde da família, a partir da aplicação da EICCO.

Abstract

The study of organizational commitment has been intensively investigated, confirming their relevance for understanding this phenomenon in organizations. The present study began conducting a theoretical survey of the topic and its main commitment approaches, based on the reasoning presented by Bastos (1993). The main objective was to analyze the intensity of the commitment of the two teams of the Family Health Strategy - FHS – in Areial -PB. For the collection and analysis of data was used as a research tool the questionnaire which was prepared from the items of the Scale of Behavioral Intentions of Organizational Commitment (SBIOC) proposed by Bastos et al (2008), adapted to the context of public health, more specifically the FHS teams. The results indicated that the two teams FHS levels of commitment proved uniform, being possible with an average tendency towards high commitment among professionals.
