Resumen:
This work has the concern to display theoretically the evolution process of the marketing concept, thus giving base of sustentation for the understanding of the central subjects of this work , that are the political marketing and electoral marketing, since its concepts until the differences and similarities that occur between them. The universe of an electoral campaign is given credit that these subjects can be the great factor of an electoral campaign is given credit that these subjects can be the great factor of success in an electoral campaign, therefore currently meets each time more competitive, compelling to the candidates that concur for an election to show its differential of expressing form, thus glimpsing a possible victory in the day of the election. Based on the political marketing and electoral marketing, the work resulted in the elaboration of a Manual Proposal for an Electoral Campaign, that will serve of support for any candidate whom it desires is to concur for an election to an elective office in the some levels of the federacy: Local, State and National. Through the consultation of the manual considered in this work, the candidate will gain a more significant familiarity with the way that it is inserted (in the electoral campaign), that occurs only for some months that precede the election. For this reason the candidate must be intensive in the assembly of its strategy to win the elective office he seeks for; with aid of the Manual it becomes a more easy way for the candidate. The present work uses as methodology the bibliographical revision and the half-structuralized interview, thus allowing the elaboration of the resultant manual.
