Abstract:
The quality of working life has been studied over the years, due to be considered essential to productivity and service delivery, because the organizations aim at offering better working conditions for their employees, because they are the main responsible agents for the success of any institution, whether public or private. Therefore, this study aims to identify the level of QWL in a state school in Boqueirão city - PB. Thus, was used Sousa Freitas (2008) as the guiding model. Methodologically, this research is characterized as quantitative, descriptive and conducted in the form of case study, and as a tool for data collection a questionnaire of 35 questions which was divided into eight (8) dimensions. Results achieved shown that the institution has a level of 3.39, rated it as good, which indicates that most of the employees agree that the institution they serve has good working conditions, in other hands, it has a good level of QWL reflected directly in the production and provision of all people involved.
