Resumen:
Artisanal cachaça can be considered as the one where sugar cane is ground in the mills for extraction of the broth that will remain in the dornas until the broth is transformed into alcohol and after being fermented it will be sent to the stills to be transformed into cachaça. In this way, we can observe the importance of the production of cachaça for the sector of alcoholic beverages, since this type of drink is the second most consumed in the country, behind only beer. The following research is classified as a research of qualitative approach, because, it focuses on the understanding of an organization, it is classified as a case study, because, it aims to know more deeply a subject and is also a descriptive research, the purpose of describing characteristics using primary and secondary data. For that, a script was used so that a data collection could be made regarding the production diagnosis of a company producing cachaça in the city of Areia-PB. Therefore, this work has as main objective to analyze the Production Management in a company producing cachaça in the city of Areia - PB. Where the results collected show the good structure of the company and why it stands out in its market.
