Resumo:
Knowledge management is arguably a new strategic action and a new form of management
within companies. The issue has provoked studies in various business areas and is considered
of great relevance in today's business world. Cooperation networks, they can not avoid the
search for better results and rework their processes of transformation of knowledge in the
creation of physical space, mental or physical (spaces Ba). In networks, these spaces exist and
add mechanisms for the circulation of information and knowledge. Thus, this study aims: to
analyze the inter-transformation of knowledge into physical spaces, virtual and existing
mental Network Buy More Supermarkets located in the Region and Cariri Agreste
Borborema. This research had as its foundation the work of Caldas (2008), Balestrin, Vargas
and Fayard (2005) and literature search of Knowledge Management and Cooperation
Networks, pointing to the dynamics of knowledge and inter-Ba's existing spaces. Network
Buy More Supermarkets has enough features for the creation and sharing of knowledge and
meets the proposed variables in the model, essential for its better functioning, however, like
any start walking requires better understanding in relation to the theme.
