Análise dos fatores que influenciam a decisão do aluno na escolha do vestibular em Administração da UEPB e da UFCG.

Abstract

Among the institutions of higher education in Campina Grande, Universidade Federal de Campina Grande is the one with the best infrastructure in terms of equipment and staffing. Even with this feature, the number of members at the entrance does not favor the UFCG. The general objective of this monograph was to analyze the factors that most influence students in choosing the course of administration of UEPB and UFCG. The research was composed of students of first and second periods of the current Administration of the State University of Paraíba and Universidade Federal de Campina Grande, totaling 280 students. The principle was intended to hold a census research, but this research is completed by accessibility, consisting of 174 students. Among the results, it is emphasized that the UFCG has many more positive factors that lead to the choice of student by the institution, but it does not. The UEPB still receives a higher demand. The final conclusion was that it is necessary that the two institutions to examine the factors most disabled and try to improve them. In UFCG proposal is the realization of a marketing program that involves disclosure of the course of administration of the institution, highlighting the quality of the institution and course.
