Abstract:
This monograph deals with the Technologies that may contribute to overcome challenge in the children with special needs teaching and learning process. The child with special needs suffer much prejudice in the society that we live, because their rights are denied, and these children are judged like individual incapable of learning and overcome their own limitations. One of the finality of the school it is to provide the way of include the students with special needs. Therefore, the objective of this work is to verify with public school teachers of the city of Cajazeiras- PB, the knowledge that they have about the assistive technologies and if they are contributing in the significant way in the teaching and learning process of the students with special needs. As regards for the methodological procedures, it is a survey of qualitative nature with exploratory and descriptive aims, having a questionnaire as a tool data collect and a further analysis and discursion of the obtained data. With the results of the survey, expected to contribute for discussion of theme of the technologies like approach in the children with special needs teaching and learning process.
