Levando em consideração as discussões acerca da inclusão de alunos surdos em um
ambiente escolar, elevando assim o interesse em saber como de fato acontece este tipo
de inclusão na escola. Visto que no âmbito político, propostas passaram a ser criadas a
fim de garantir essa educação inclusiva de alunos que são surdos. Na prática de fato será
que existe ou não existe essa educação inclusiva nas escolas de ensino regular? Cabendo
assim analisar se de fato as escolas como os seus docentes estão preparadas para uma
educação inclusiva, tendo como objetivo caracterizar como acontece a aprendizagem
geográfica dos alunos surdos e a sua inserção no ensino regular, esta pesquisa teve em
seu propósito a análise de artigos científicos que trabalhem com o ensino de Geografia
para discentes com surdez, consequentemente houve a aplicação de um roteiro de
questões com um aluno surdo matriculado no 1º ano do Ensino Médio Técnico no
Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia da Paraíba (IFPB) – Campus
Cajazeiras, na cidade de Cajazeiras - Paraíba, tendo também como partes integrantes
dessa pesquisa intérprete, professor de Geografia e pedagoga, no período de novembro
de 2017 a janeiro de 2018. Na perspectiva, de como se dá o fato da inclusão do aluno
surdo num ambiente escolar, se eles estão realmente integrados aquele convívio e
atendendo as suas necessidades, tal constatação segue em refletir sobre as propostas
educacionais e as práticas de ensino na educação inclusiva que na realidade quase que
são ignoradas e não se vem cumprindo os direitos ao atendimento a pessoas com
necessidades especiais no ensino regular. |

Taking into account the discussions about the inclusion of deaf students in a school
environment, thus raising interest in knowing how this type of inclusion in school
actually occurs. Whereas, in the political sphere, proposals have been created in order to
guarantee this inclusive education of students who are deaf. In fact, is it true that there is
or is not such inclusive education in regular schools? In order to analyze whether in fact
the schools as their teachers are prepared for an inclusive education, with the objective
of characterizing how the geographical learning of deaf students happens and their
insertion in regular education, this research had in its purpose the analysis of scientific
articles that work with the teaching of Geography for students with deafness,
consequently there was the application of a script of questions with a deaf student
enrolled in the first year of Technical High School at the Federal Institute of Education,
Science and Technology of Paraíba (IFPB) - Campus Cajazeiras, in the city of
Cajazeiras - Paraíba, also having as integral parts of this research interpreter, professor
of Geography and pedagogue, from November 2017 to January 2018. From the
perspective of how the fact of the inclusion of the deaf student in an environment
school, if they are really integrated into that society and meeting their needs, this to
reflect on educational proposals and teaching practices in inclusive education that in
reality are almost ignored and the rights to care for people with special needs in regular
education are not being fulfilled. |
