Abstract:
This research had the purpose and objective of analyzing the performance of the pedagogical coordinator in mediation and consolidation of teaching, as well as a survey of the main foundations of the work of the pedagogical coordinator, also reflecting the performance of their work. The methodology was developed in an exploratory and descriptive perspective conducted with three teachers, three engineers and two managers of public schools. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and according to the nature of the survey data was quantitative. One of the main findings of the research was on pedagogical relevance of coordination which appears increasingly present for the expansion and structuring of teaching and the relevance in their development and also showed that in the absence of the role of pedagogical coordinator all structures of teachers not work collectively because all work individually when the coordinator does not mediate this work. It is noticed that there is a great willingness on the part of professionals hit.
