Resumo:
This work aims to contribute to the study of the problem of parameters and speed
estimation for asynchronous machines. The estimation models are derived from the dynamical
machine equations such that only stator quantities are required. The discrete
time version of the estimation models employs the delta operator in order to simplify
the determination of the continuous time parameters. In the proposed approach one
needs the time derivatives of the measured quantities. These derivatives are obtained
using discrete linear filtering techniques. The proposed models are studied via digital
simulation where the influence of the supply voltage, the machine speed, the sampling
period, and the filter design is evaluated. The different estimation models are compared
through their estimation errors, variances, and the value of the cost function.
The estimation models are also evaluated under experimental conditions quite similar
to those considered in the simulation studies. The obtained results demonstrate the
correctness of the proposed methodology.
