Resumo:
This report approaches a research carried through in the Necher Institute, operating company
in the education sector, that had as objective to investigate the application of the principles of
the serving leadership in the cited company. The collection of data was carried through
through a composed questionnaire of twenty and five objective questions, through which it
was objectified to identify that abilities related to the principles of the serving leadership
predominated in the Necher Institute, in order to make a comparison enters the vision of the
leader and of led its. With relation to the used methodology, the research was about a explore
study, of field, study of quantitative case and. The analyzed results had shown that in the
vision of both the parts some abilities meet in the organization, however other abilities of
great importance for a leader had presented unsatisfactory performance. The analysis of the
collected data still identified to some areas of problem in potential demanding a urgent
accompaniment.
