Resumo:
This study aims to analyze the role of teacher in school with family partnership referring to
bullying issues in school context. In this way, it was necessary to know about the bullying
historical process and educational counterparts in this respect, investigating how teachers
confront bullying issues in the classroom, identifying the main physical and / or moral
aggressions that took place in school environment, and characterize action plans and goals
used by the teacher in order to solve problems caused by bullying in the classroom. To
accomplish this research, some steps were necessary: first step, a bibliographical research was
made, then, characterization of research field, third step, the subjects that participated of this
research were characterized (a pedagogical coordinator, and three female teachers), fourth
step, the instrument of collection and data was determined, and thus a semi-structured
interview was carried out, and finally, qualitative and exploratory research was presented as a
type of approach. Field research was carried out in two municipal and one state school, in the
city of Cajazeiras-PB, in May of 2018. In order to gather accurate information about the
subject, the approach was qualitative research. In this study it is concluded that it is a charge
of school, family and society to create tools to tackle and prevent school bullying. It is
essential to emphasize that those involved in the phenomenon are victims of local violence
itself, and that they themselves need help to overcome the conflicts that cause so many
impacts. It is a teacher's responsibility to intervene when witnessing scenes of violence, both
physical and / or moral, so that in the future, this will not cause problems in the individual's
