Resumo:
The present monograph has as objectiveanalyze the teaching practices in the classroom in the early years of elementary school, with the object of studies the educational actions in support of overcoming racism from the classroom. This study had as research question: How the teachers are confronted racism of educational way from the classroom environment? This research study qualitative and quantitative with a qualitative preponderance was performed through a semi-structured interview containing 12 open questions. The said interview was recorded on audio with the categorization coming of the transcriptions in integrate of all the interviews. The research had a sample of nine actants teachers in the early grades of elementary school, in the public schools of the city of Cajazeiras - PB, which are two distinct schools. This work has for basis of foundation the Law 10.639/03 requiring the teaching of history and African culture and African-Brazilian in all educational segments and curricular guidelines for the education of racial ethnic relations. As part of the findings of this study can be noted that a pedagogy to combat racism must be based on strengthening and incentive to respect for others, regardless of their characteristics or choices, personal and / or its group.For the education for racial ethnic relations be successful is necessary to build strategies, continuing formation, interdisciplinary projects, didactic materials and pedagogics that focus on history and african-Brazilian culture and institutional contributionson the part of central organs. Above all, is necessary the exercise of the teaching practice, considering that racism is veiled structurally for several socio-cultural aspects that will be explored here.
