Resumo:
The research had as general objective to investigate how the interpersonal relationship between educator and educator of the 4th anode elementary school, located in the city of Cajazeiras, in the Sertão of Paraiba, aiming at the cognitive and emancipatory development of the students ( Among the specific objectives we highlight: Report the history of education emphasizing the relationships established in the teaching and learning process as being inherent to the human being; Highlight interpersonal relationships as inherent to human beings for the teaching and learning processes; To understand the importance of affective interpersonal relations in the school environment between teacher and student as a propeller of the cognitive development of learners; Identify the main challenges encountered in the school environment for the establishment of interpersonal relationships between teachers and students. Thus, the survey had a total of four students interviewed aged 9 to 13 and an educator. At the end, we conclude the importance of the interpersonal relations between the educator and the students to promote a meaningful learning, favoring the cognitive and emancipatory development of the subjects, being verified during the realization the analyzes and the contributions of the theorists .
