The playful practice great influence in early childhood education can be a crucial factor for the development and building human being providing opportunities be relevant in all age groups, not only in the formation of the child, but mainly in the formation of the pedagogue, so that fosters the full development of subject. O present work is a project of monographic research, which seeks to analyze the placement of graduating students of the School of Education as its Teacher Training regarding the playful aspects; the menus of curricular components the mentioned course, and if teachers include playfulness as teaching methodology and curricular content as considering the theoretical spech of teachers in the classroom. The main objective of the study is to analyze the importance of playfulness in the formation of the pedagogue. The methodology used is a character study of quantitative and qualitative literature, and also empirical, that had as research subjects 20 graduating students from the Pedagogy of the Federal University of Campina Grande – Campus Cajazeiras. Data collection took place at two points in the first analysis of the menus of the subjects offered in the course of Pedagogy CFP / UFCG through the Education Programme of the Education Course - PPC (2009) in force. In the second, the Test of Free Association of Words - TALP with the stimulus word "Playful"; Sociodemographic questionnaire and a semistructured interview. For data analysis content analysis proposed were used by Bauer (2010).Based on the obtained results highlight that students recognize the contribution that the play offers for teacher education from early childhood allowing an extension of the theoretical / practical knowledge, to conduct an education that propritiate the diverse skills and competences for the integral development of child. For the above identified that there is still a need for universities to offer training that enables playfulness as a means of development and learning during the teaching process in order to prepare teachers for their future performance in Early Childhood Education.
