Resumo:
The study object of this work is school planning. The activity of planning should be a
conscious act, that has as reference the social problematic, the politics and the culture of
the school and of all the members of the process of educative education. A major
problem with education is that it does not always happen. The general objective of this
research is to investigate the contradictions between the discourse and the teaching
practice in relation to school planning. The specific objectives are: to know the teachers'
perception about planning; As well as to investigate with the pedagogical coordinators
the reason for the disregard of some teachers for school planning and also to reflect on
the relationship between school planning and the quality of teaching. This research is
based on the following authors: Ganzeli (2017), Hahn (2017), Andrade (2016),
Vasconcelos (2012), Millet (2011), Lakatos and Marconi (2008) and Libâneo (1994). In
addition to the bibliographical survey, we also conducted field research in two public
schools. The subjects of the research were two coordinators and three teachers.
Regarding the results, it was possible to conclude that some educators are not aware of
the real importance of good educational planning in order to obtain a quality result
during the educational process. Some teachers have speeches that the act of planning is
a positive thing; however, their teaching activity is not conducive to an efficient
educational practice, and then compromises the students' future because they perform
very monotonous, unmotivated and meaningless classes for the students. Students.
