The present study sought to investigate the importance of technology in continued formation and teaching practice trying to discuss the continued formation of teachers to work with technology in the classroom, knowing that to teach with technology resources the teacher needs of adequate training that he can support the act of teaching. This work has as main objective analyze the continued formation of teachers and the use of technology in the classroom, and specific objectives to identify the technologies used in the continued formation of teachers intends to investigate how teachers work with technology in the classroom, investigate if the teachers demonstrate interest in investing in ongoing training in ambit of the technological resources, and finally, identify the competences and learning acquired by students with the teaching through technologies. In view of this, we seek to investigate if in fact this work takes place in daily of these professionals, because as we know the world is constantly evolving and it is up to the teacher to invest in their formation to improve the student learning as a subject in the construction of their own knowledge. The interest in to study this thematic emerged from the reflections developed in the subjects taken in the 7th period of the Pedagogy course mainly Technologies and Education and Internship supervised in the Early Years of elementary school because it was perceived the lack of knowledge of teachers in the use of technological resources in the classroom, such as lack of interest in seeking courses improvement in this area. It used as methodological procedures a bibliographical research performed from the theoretical contributions of authors like Gadotti (2000), Kenski (2007), Libâneo (2007) Market (1998) and Moran (2000),among others, as well as an exploratory field research in a qualitative approach. As instrument of data collection it was performed a semi structured interview with four themes, applied with four teachers in the early years of elementary school, two schools, one of the state system and other of the municipal school.The data analysis was made from the confrontation between the speech of the subjects and the theory developed earlier. The results showed that continuing training is important to the adequate use of technology in the classroom, and their insertion in teaching is essential,may lead to the use of strategies for the realization of a meaningful and pleasurable learning for the student.
