Resumen:
Now the students with deficiency are having a great difficulty of they be welcomed at the schools of regular teaching, because still many obstacles exist in those children's welcome, not only on the part of the teachers, but also of the own schools that a lot of times don't possess a ramp, one of the simplest things of the accessibility. It is had as general objective of this research to discover the teachers of Ipaumirim-CE they have appropriate formation to develop the students' teaching learning with deficiency, being verified the Technologies of the Information and Communication (TIC) they can contribute in this formation process. For so much, this study fire the professionals' of the education attention so that they can seek specialization and they be always open to new teaching means, means those that it is only growing in elapsing of the years. As methodology, was made a bibliographical research firstly concerning the developed theme. The instrument used for the same was a questionnaire containing nine subjects, being them open and closed. In which it was applied to 51 teachers at the public schools of the city of Ipaumirim, in the State of Ceará, soon afterwards they were made the analyses of the data collected that you/they had character quality/quantitly. In relation to the results, it is verified, that the schools of the municipal district researched have still a lot to get better in relation to the teachers' formation and to the reception and the students' teaching with deficiency and that many don't know the technologies that can aid them in those students' development, and many never heard to speak of the same ones.
