Résumé:
Neurology is one of the oldest medical specialties and your evolution was very slow along
years. With the technological advance new types of examination come to facility the
diagnostic process, as well as sophisticated equipment and your interaction with specifics
software. Many software applications are destined to the medical use, only for storage and
data recovery. In the way to help the data searching and decision support of the Neurologist,
the Neurocase system was developed. It uses Case-Based Reasoning methodology, which can
determinate through the previous cases the best solution. The system can to recover the last
experience (previous case) in the way more similar of a new problem (new case) through
functions of similarity measures.
This work presents the methodology used for the construction of RBC systems, as well as the
process of construction of the Neurocase system. This methodology encloses the case
representation, indexation and organization, the functions of similarities measures as also the
recovering algorithms for the source cases.
