Resumo:
The research presented examined three schools in Cajazeiras-PB belonging to different administrations, a private, a public state and federal. The objective was to discuss how new technologies are being considered by schools examined in teaching history. We use questionnaires to high school students, and interviewed the history teachers about what they thought about the technologies and their use in the classroom. Thus, we analyze whether schools perceive in different ways the use of technologies as they speak of dif-ferent management positions. We seek historicizing technologies in education and espe-cially in teaching history, discussing the high school curriculum and guidelines and what they say about the use of technology. The aim of this research is to understand how students and teachers think and use these resources in the discipline of history.
