Methodology This is a literature review, which extracted articles from the LILACS and BDENF databases and the online library SciELO, covering the period from 2014 to 2018. Results: Of the 11 studies analyzed regarding nursing care provided to the women in climacteric, the main findings were identified: Actions developed by nurses in consultation with climacteric women; and Nurses' weaknesses in developing actions aimed at women in the climacteric phase. Conclusion: The nursing professional presents difficulties in relation to the care of women in climacteric.
