Abstract:
To understand the Integrative Community Therapy (TCI) repercussions in professionals from Paraiba state community. Methodology: It is a descriptive-exploratory study of qualitative approach; the used technique was Bardin content analysis. The survey subjects were: workers of the Specialized Reference Centre of Social Assistance (CREAS), Assistance Social Reference Centre (CRAS), Family Health Support Centre (NASF) and Popular Education Centre from Nova Palmeira-PB. Results: wo empirical categories were created: The first one entitled: Benefits of Integrative Community Therapy: Resigning the way of being in which it was observed that there were positive repercussions both in personal and professional life of workers, the second: TCI wheels their main limitations according to the participants found that there were difficulties for the collaborators of this research regarding the factor of social exposure to unknown people, as well as following the rules established in these wheel. Conclusion: TCI has become an important therapeutic tool for workers since it has made possible new ways of relating collectively to each other. Being perceptible that the use of this tool provided the development of empathy, resilience, self-esteem, among others. In this way, it is necessary to increase the dissemination of the TCI wheels, not only for the workers, but also for the community in general, thus allowing it to become a means of social inclusion.
