Resumo:
This study aimed to evaluate the perception of nurses of the family health strategy (FHS) as to the quality of work life (QWL), from the identification of the factors that favour or affect. It consists of a baseline study exploratory and descriptive, with a qualitative approach, carried out with 10 nurses of the ESF in the municipalities of Cuité and Picuí in the State of Paraíba. The testimony of the participants were obtained by means of a semi-structured interview and analyzed by means of the technique of the collective subject discourse (DSC). The results pointed to the development of central ideas organized on two axes: I-Work process in nursing in ESF; and II-perception of quality of life related to the work of nurse in the ESF. The QVRT on nurses ' perception is for elements such as infrastructure, working conditions, accumulation of functions, overvaluation of labor, overhead, professional recognition and remuneration. In this logic, the expansion of investments in favorable conditions of work and in the quality of the service, the professional valuation and your productivity, putting jobs and careers plans and the promotion of self-care from nurses of APS show as essential elements to your quality of life.
