Adolescence is a period marked by several changes that directly reflect the quality of life of the individual. Chronologically, it comprises the age group of 10 to 19 years, 11 months and 29 days, according to the Ministry of Health. It's a phase imbued with peculiarities and uncertainties, that makes adolescents vulnerable to situations that may imply health risks and that for this reason, need a different look at the actions to be offered to this public. Objective: to understand the organization of to adolescent care, in family health units from their perspective. Methodological route: This is an exploratory qualitative approach, that was fulfilled between August and September 2017, by means of an interview guided by semi structured script with 10 adolescents aged 10 to 19 years, students of two municipal schools of primary education II in the city of Cuité-PB. The data collection was carried out in a school environment, by means with the authorization of parents or guardians, having it's closure by saturation and for the analysis, and was used thematic analysis technique.Results: did possible to observe that there're no specific health actions for the adolescent public, that there're still difficulties in the form of access that end up contributing to the adolescent's non adherence to the health service. Concluding Considerations: Although there're strategies and policies aimed at adolescent health, there is still a fragility in the actions of to care offered to them that contribute to limitation access to the health service. In view of this, did necessary to a more judicious look at the actions to be offered to this public, since it's a phase covered with singularities being therefore necessary a holistic approach of the subject in all its physical, mental, and sociocultural.
