Abstract:
This work is mainly focused to investigate the difficulties faced by teachers in the
practice of literacy and literacy, the initial series, the Elementary School in the
Municipality of Frei Martinho. The objective is to analyze the problems faced by
teachers , as their difficulties in the classroom literacy cycle room, reflecting on the
teacher's pedagogic practice , in order to better support their actions ; know some
methodological principles for working with the initial training and continuing teachers ,
facing the problem of literacy and literacy at the right age . We used qualitative
methodology and research instruments as the observation of the school environment
as well as a questionnaire containing 21 (twenty-one) issues related to the topic
under study, applied to eight (8) educators EMEF Eliete Souza Araújo Silva. In this
context , the difficulties presented by literacy teachers through qualitative research
with open and semi open questions in " locus " , allowed us to reflect on the influence
that teacher training , whether initial or continued exercise in teaching practice .
Given the results we can analyze that the majority of respondent’s educators agree
with the complexity of literacy and letrar the right age. The issues that permeate
discussions of this work will have as a theoretical basis for the following authors:
Magda Soares , Angela Kleiman , Paulo Freire , among others that will arise during
the research , publications beyond the MEC for teacher training PNAIC ( National
Pact for Literacy Age in One ) . So thus the proposed work hour pretends to
contribute positively to the pedagogical practice of literacy teachers and hence
significantly improve the process of literacy and literacy of children involved in this
project, besides effecting literacy and competent social use of reading and writing.
