The connection of the Guardian Council with the School excels is justified by its mission to ensure compliance with the rights of the child and adolescent. Since the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA) regulates these laws pertaining to education, the Council may interact with educators in order to overcome school failure. So we intend, through this study, explain the role of the Guardian Council in relation to the educational system of the New Forest (PB) Elementary School. The research investigation aims to clarify how is the relationship Council/School provided the ECA and its articulation and performance in the educational system of the New Forest (PB) Elementary School. The study border issues related to the provision of teaching and application of educational rights, as well as the actions of CT on education and participation School in defending the rights of their students. Furthermore, through the literature review and analysis of data collected through semi-structured interviews with three members of the management of this CT and three of the previous management, as well as six of the Municipal School teachers Pope Paul VI, might be listing a few failures relationship of these bodies, identify alternatives as better mutual clarification of their duties and consider the many advantages that this relationship offers the prospect of achieving teaching and learning quality.
