Résumé:
The present work has the objective to analyze the current level of motivation of civil servants
of the project Coexistence Service and Strengthening Linkages in Sume - PB. Having specific
objectives: Explain concepts of public management, public service and professional motivation;
Present alternatives, containing how to motivate public servants and options, identify the main factors
of organizational motivation of civil servants Design Living Services and Strengthening Linkages in
Sume/PB. This work is classified as a case study, with descriptive and exploratory methodology of
qualitative and quantitative nature, and literature and documents, semi - structured questionnaire
application. It is noteworthy that contemporary public management need to professionalize throughout
its structure, since the human capital of the organization to the physical structure of their industries
and departments to achieve better business results, and shall mainly emphasize the degree of
motivation of its employees which effectively serve as a mirror of a successful public management ,
and are valued can yield positive results for management , triggering social and satisfaction of the
demands of society improvements. It follows therefore that the degree of motivation and job
satisfaction of public service project servers Coexistence and Strengthening Linkages in Sume - PB
reach satisfactory levels, which does not exclude the possibility of improvements, such as upgrade,
training and courses, the which will reflect positively on the search for excellence in public
administration, quality, efficiency and effectiveness in public services offered.
