Resumo:
This study approach of the strategic importance of actions and projects to train teachers. This study was conducted at the municipal school Venâncio Benedito dos Santos, situated in the Cuité City – Paraíba, specifically in the early grades of school fundamental I. the main objective of this study was to analyze the different perceptions of the teachers the mentioned institution about to the process of alphabetization and literacy. This theme is much explored in the formations continuous offered for Ministery of Education (MEC), with objective the extend a range of knowledge with research's work, besides presenting reflexions different about the process of alphabetization and literacy, from the theory what fundamented this work and narration obtained from the teachers' examined, where they are based on their experiences. We used the qualitative methodology and as instrument of research the observation of the school environment, also a questionnaire containing twelve (12) questions relating to the topic in study, applied to nine (9) teachers of the mentioned institution, through these procedures, finally realized that the results showed the process of alphabetization and literacy pointed as quite complex, beyond the conciliation of both process are considered by the most of teachers as a big defiance to be follow. wherefore, were noted several significant advances, being which the topic in question present itself as many strands and can be most expanded, because contemplates all formation of the citizen. It was conclued what this study favored so that teachers to reflect themselves between education continuous and practices of alphabetization and literacy.
