The classroom is a space that teachers should be aware of the diversity that arises, however, teachers often end up forgetting, or even fear do not work on diversity issues. The educator should be aware that even so modest, should contribute to the school in its mission of forming persons endowed with critical thinking and conceptual tools to position themselves with balance in a world of differences and endless variations. People who can reflect on access all / the citizenship and understand that, within the limits of ethics and human rights, the differences should be respected, promoted and not used as criteria of social and political exclusion. The school often silent on homophobia and undoes all the discourse that has caught on accessibility, which everyone should have access to school without prejudice, stigmas, stereotypes and discrimination on people in general.
