Resumo:
Learning is the product of the action of adults or more experienced people who mediate the learning process of children. In this process of mediation, the adult uses cultural tools such as language and other means, rather than being a process of assimilation and accommodation, it is a process of internalization, in which the learner dominates and appropriates cultural instruments such as concepts , ideas, language, skills and all other possible learning. Methodology: path that guided the construction of these reflections was carried out based on a vast bibliographical research, as well as on pedagogical practices lived in the classroom. We will deal with the theme education, society and educational practice, where we highlight the educator's commitment to society. We also emphasize the importance of literacy in the acquisition of reading and other resources that can be used to awaken reading enjoyment for students. Then we will give an account of our experience as a teacher at the Antônio Ferreira da Costa Municipal School. We educators need to be examples of loving human beings, living in practice, solidarity, acceptance of the other, respect for differences, showing values within the classroom so that our students can mirror in us , even knowing that it is not easy we have to leave the comfort zone and reach that student who needs greater attention. In the face of all the dynamics experienced, it was possible to observe the development of reading, writing and textual production by students, each in a way, but always seeking learning. With the realization of this work it was evident that with the various types of existing methodologies, it is possible to capture the attention and awaken in students the search for knowledge, even if they present some deficits in learning, as was the main objective of the research.
