Résumé:
The theme Solidarity Economy has been increasingly discussed today. This paper came from a concern about the discussion about Solidarity Economy in schools, more specifically in the EJA classrooms. During the specialization course in Youth and Adult Education with emphasis in Solidarity Economy, at UFCG, Sumé / PB, the concepts related to this alternative economy were widely discussed, always seeking to establish relationships between youth and adult education and economics as a way of modifying an unsustainable social reality, generated by the current economic system: Capitalism. However, it is not known how this discussion in schools occurs or if it actually occurs. Thus, we sought throughout this investigation to identify the perception that young people and adults, students, have about Solidary Economy. Thus, the present work aims to present the
importance of disseminating the perspective of Solidarity Economy in schools for students of EJA, aiming to offer a new vision to this public, which seeks so much to enter the job market. A descriptive-exploratory research was conducted, with a qualitative approach with students of EJA from a municipal school in the city of Monteiro - PB, and it was found that these students have never heard about the principles of Solidary Economy, therefore, need to know the Solidarity Economy and thus disseminate this new economy that preaches equality, unity, sustainability and solidarity.
