Abstract:
Many discussions about new teaching methodologies and how the teacher should act, in face of a new reality permeated with attractions, which depending on how it is used by the teacher hinder more that help establish the teaching-learning relationships, are always on the table. Rounds, lectures, articles, among others, however, the teacher before being a professional education is a social agent before the eyes of society and has frustrations and achievements in both professional and personal. The following discussion deals precisely with this professional and how he is inserted within a broad and complex administrative and educational conjuncture. The focus of this study is undoubtedly to identify elements that help us understand how the teacher reacts to this complex universe where he is inserted, identifying the teacher's discourse and what the common census is presenting. I will make a brief presentation of the History of Education in Brazil, pointing out historical elements that culminated in the consolidation of the educational system we have today, how the educational conjuncture of the State of Paraíba works and finally a data collection with teachers who teach the curriculum component.
