Resumo:
We analyze the representations about the Permanent System of Evaluation of Basic Education of Ceará (SPAECE), which was implanted in 1992 by the Secretary of Education (SEDUC) Government of the State of Ceara, with the objective of evaluate the teaching and learning acquired in Portuguese language and mathematics disciplines, the state and municipal schools in the State of Ceara in the town of Umari-Ceara. We will concentrate at a specific time, it was 2010 when the mentioned town was in the last place in the evaluation criteria of SPAECE. In this sense, the locus institution of the research was Elementary School of Middle Monsenhor Manuel Carlos de Morais, where by conducting of interviews with the school management and teachers, we seek to understand the representations about the SPAECE. As theoretical support, we make use of the proposals discussions by the National Curriculum Parameters (PCNs), Law of Guidelines and Base (LDB), and authors as Castro (2007), Gimeno Sacristan (1998), Cipriano Carlos Luckesi (1990), Portelli (1991), and Roger Chartier (1990 and 2002).
