Abstract:
Currently the lack of practical classes in the high school chemistry discipline has been
reason for research because the theoretical classes do not supply all the contents
significant. Since conducting experimental classes in many schools does not happen
Due to factors such as lack of chemistry lab and / or reagents, there are alternatives
that can assist these classes, such as the learning objects of the International Bank of
Educational Objects mitigating the difficulties encountered, it provides in the
internet Learning Objects in various levels of education and different categories. Like this
This research aims to present learning objects available at the International Bank
of Educational Objects that can assist in the teaching / learning process as a way of
alternative in the practical classes of High School Chemistry. It is a
case study, with a quantitative approach, carried out at a high school in the
city of Cajazeiras-PB, in an applied and descriptive manner, having as research instrument
two questionnaires, besides the realization of practical class with the use of the
Learning provided by the International Bank for Educational Objects to
check if students know and what benefits it could bring to
chemistry discipline classes. It was possible to see the benefits and viability of these
learning objects which in some cases may be used as an alternative to
activities that would be done in the chemistry lab.
