Resumen:
Restrictions in the trainings during the undergraduate interferes in the development of the entrepreneur profile of the graduating students of pharmacy, which justify the necessity of research on this area under the perspective of paradigmatic changes in the labor market that help the professionals. This research has as aim of to characterize the entrepreneur profile of the graduating students of pharmacy. That is about a exploratory-descriptive study of a qualitative predominant view, methodologically based on historical materialism and dialectic. The research was realized with thirteen students of the course of pharmacy of UFCG - campus Cuité-PB, during the eighth, ninth and tenth period, in order to know the entrepreneurial profile of the students. After the data collection started the creating of discussions according evaluation of discuss proposed by Fiorin. In this context, from the existing contradictions, was found four empirical categories: concept of entrepreneurship, behavior of entrepreneur profile, contact with entrepreneurship in the undergraduate degree, importance of the entrepreneurship approach in undergraduate studies. It can be concluded that there are dichotomies about the descriptions of the academics about the entrepreneur profile, because in general it is not recognize entrepreneurs although they have features likely to be an entrepreneur of business and/or social of successful in the future.
